Submission of an Article

In order to reduce delays, authors should assure that the level, length and format of a manuscript submission conform to the Journal’s requirements at the submission and each revision stage. Submitted articles should have a summary/abstract, separate from the main text, of up to 250 words. This summary should not include references, numbers, abbreviations or measurements unless essential. The summary should provide a basic-level introduction to the field; a brief account of the background and principle of the work; a statement of the main conclusions; and 2-3 sentences that place the main findings into a general context. The text may contain a few short subheadings of no more than 40 characters each.
